Moving Rooted: Practical Support for Organisations

At Move Rooted, I partner with organisations to create meaningful and lasting change by embedding race equity and antiracism into policies, culture and behaviours. With a PhD in social science and expertise in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method approaches, I offer thoughtful, evidence-informed support to guide your organisational journey towards greater equity and belonging.

I provide a safe and collaborative space to review and reflect on existing race equity efforts, policies and procedures. Together, we can identify opportunities for growth and co-create new frameworks that align with your values and aspirations. I also advise on implementing culture change interventions, helping organisations nurture inclusive environments where everyone feels valued and supported.

As a Race Equality Charter Associate at Advance HE, I am supporting universities across the UK in their race equity journeys. I also led the University of Cambridge’s successful Race Equality Charter submission back in 2019. Whether you are just starting this work or looking to deepen your impact, I am here to support your organisation every step of the way.

For those seeking deeper learning, I offer trauma-informed race equity education for employees, staff and students. This work is grounded in empathy and an understanding of how systemic inequalities affect minds, bodies and communities. I aim to make this learning process as transformative as it is compassionate, ensuring participants feel heard and respected throughout.
